This website is for participating exhibitors in the Medical Library Association Annual Meeting. Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. Show management has lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process. Please take the time now to review this site carefully. It will save you TIME and MONEY.
If you can't find what you are looking for, try the Search function (found in the left side menu). If you still need assistance, email us using the "Not finding what you need?" button (left side menu).
The Ordering Services section links to the GES Exhibitor Manual, which contains order forms for all official service contractors. Show management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the official contractors as provided in this online exhibitor manual. Official contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the official contractor.
Important: The Hyatt Regency Chicago exhibit hall ceiling height is 12”. Due to these ceiling height limitations, standard exhibit booths will be permitted to a maximum height of 8'3", and perimeter wall and island exhibit booths will be permitted to a maximum height of 10'. Please take this info account as you design your exhibit. For more information, review the Exhibit Guidelines and Regulations in this manual.
If you use an independent contractor for your exhibit set-up & tear-down, please notify Hall-Erickson, Inc. and Global Experience Specialists (GES) in writing. Exhibitors must also ensure that their independent contractors submit a general liability certificate of insurance before they will be allowed to perform work on the show floor.
